Course content: Welcome to our introductory course on the Finnish language! This course is designed for beginners who are eager to start their journey in learning Finnish. Through a series of structured lessons, you will build a strong foundation in the language, covering essential topics that will help you communicate effectively in everyday situations. By the end of this course, you will be able to recognize and pronounce Finnish letters and numbers, use common greetings, form basic sentences, ask and answer questions, and discuss time, days, months, seasons, and clothing.

Course content: In this course, you will learn to talk about everyday topics, such as describing appearance and feelings, talking about the kind of home you live in, ordering at a restaurant, shopping for clothes, talking about hobbies, and asking for and giving directions. The course will have a maximum of 6 students, and during the sessions, we will speak a lot. Before each lesson, you will receive material to help you prepare for the class. The goal of the course is to improve your spoken Finnish, expand your vocabulary, and prepare for the speaking section of the Yki test. In class, we also practice completing the speaking section of the YKI tasks. There will be 12 meetings in this course, each lasts 60 minutes.

In this course, we will practice all aspects of the intermediate YKI test. We will cover techniques for speaking, writing, listening comprehension, and reading comprehension, and we will complete all task types that appear in the YKI test. This course is Module 1 (out of a total of 4). The themes for this course are: 1. Myself and my background, and 2. Home and living.

Course content:In this course, you will learn to discuss everyday topics such as household tasks, professions, traveling, scheduling doctor's appointments, and making hotel reservations. The course will have a maximum of 6 students, and during the sessions, we will speak a lot. Before each lesson, you will receive material to help you prepare for the class. The goal of the course is to improve your spoken Finnish, expand your vocabulary, and prepare for the speaking section of the Yki test. In class, we also practice completing the speaking section of the YKI tasks. The course is a continuation of the popular Let's Speak Finnish (A2-B1) course, but it can also be taken without completing the first part. There will be 12 meetings in this course, each lasts 60 minutes.

Course content: In this intensive four-week course, you will complete weekly writing assignments. After submitting each task, you will receive detailed feedback from the teacher. The course also includes general tips for the YKI writing section, theory on various writing tasks, and vocabulary practice materials. Upon completion, there is a 20-minute private online meeting with the teacher to discuss any questions you may have. Continuous enrollment option available. Course Information: Training for Yki-test (speaking and writing)- intensive course content:In this course, we will intensively prepare for the intermediate YKI test in November. The course is held every weekday evening. Every other evening, we focus on speaking, and on the alternate evenings, we focus on writing.
